Opportunities to join our Cambridgeshire Scouts team and make a real difference

Cambridgeshire Scouts in one of the leading charities with 7,000 young people between the ages of 4 to 25 years supported by 2,200 volunteers. We also have around 2,300 young people on our waiting list to join.

It’s people that make scouting happen at every level of our County. From our County Lead Volunteer  to the Chair of our Board of Trustees, and the incredible Cambridgeshire Scouts County Team who provide support to our Districts, Groups and Units. These are just some of the superstars who’ve stepped up to inspire a generation across the County.  

We’re proud that Cambridgeshire  Scouts is a volunteer led movement. Working in partnership with our  volunteer support service and local volunteers, our County team serves scouting across our larger cities/towns including Cambridge, Peterborough, Huntingdon, March, St Ives, Wisbech, Northstowe, Newmarket, Cambourne and Ely.

That’s where you come in.  

We have lots of exciting opportunities to get involved as a member of our county team. Our innovative spirit and ability to make things happen plays a vital role in the development of young people across Cambridgeshire. When you get involved you are making a choice to make a big impact on the lives of over 7,000 young people across our County.
