Cromwell

Cromwell District covers the market town of St Ives and the surrounding villages.

We have 13 Scout Groups, 4 Explorer Scout Units including a Young Leader Unit and 1 Network Unit in multiple locations – providing an everyday adventure from the age of 4 to 25 years old. It is also home to a great four-acre woodland campsite, with building, available for hire – the Copley Scout Centre.

Around 830 youth members meet weekly in the district, taking take part in a wide range of activities.

These young people are supported by an enthusiastic team of around 270 adult volunteers who work together to ensure Scouting is both challenging and fun, for the young people and adults alike.
