Newmarket

Newmarket District covers the town of Newmarket, including some of the surrounding towns and villages, including Soham, Burwell & Abington.

The District houses 13 Scout Groups, 2 Explorer Scout Units, 1 Young Leader Unit and 1 Network Unit in multiple locations providing an everyday adventure from the age of 4 to 25 years old.

Around 615 youth members meet weekly in the district, taking take part in a wide range of activities. These young people are supported by an enthusiastic team of around 195 adult volunteers who work together to ensure Scouting is both challenging and fun for the young people and adults alike.
