Copley will again be hosting Squ.A.D in 2025.

Who can attend?
The event is open to all Squirrels and is designed to as a day filled of fun activities which can meet the requirements of some of the harder elements of some challenge badges.
What’s happening?
Bring your Drey along for exciting activities. Although the line up may change based on feedback received, the 2024 activities included:
It will be a fun day out and will tick off lots of badge requirements.
Spaces are limited to 180 Squirrels per day to ensure the activities work for the numbers on site. Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to accommodate any young people except for the Squirrels and Young Leaders in your Drey.
Cost: Squirrels – £15 each, Adults/Young Leaders – No charge
Bring: your own snack, packed lunch and drink

We hope to see as many of your as possible for lots of fun!
They may attend, but MUST NOT be left unsupervised (out of sight, sound or hearing) with children. This is the responsibility of the Leader in Charge of the Drey at the event.
Unless the event is cancelled by the organisers, your Group is liable for the for full fee payment of all spaces booked – even if you subsequently decide to cancel or want to reduce the numbers.
Fees are non-refundable unless all event spaces can be filled and the fees collected from another participant
It includes the event badge and drink refills.
Drinks will be available for adults and young leaders.
All attendees will need to bring snacks and a packed lunch.
Check in opens at 9am each day.
Please meet all your Squirrels in the car park of One-Leisure Centre, St Ives, before proceeding to the check-in point
Check-in desk will be at the gate of Copley Scout Centre.
Yes, there may be some official scout media people present.
Adults attending with each Drey must know if this means the faces of any Squirrels attending are not to be photographed/videoed by the organisers, and make this known when such images are being taken. The organisers have no control over images taken by others.
