East of England Regional Conference

East of England Regional Conference

Date: 27 September 2025

For Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, Suffolk

Venue: to be confirmed

This Regionally organised special day is open to all County and District Lead Volunteers, County Youth Leads, County Chairs and County Team Leaders for Programme, Volunteering Development and Support. We hope to harness the collective ideas, energy and enthusiasm from you all as we seek to further develop Scouting in the East of England.

We will ponder how we feed into the new national strategy for Scouting over the next ten years and what we can all do to make local Scouting even more life changing. We hope to have lots of time to chat and to network as well as to be inspired by some speakers who will give us lots to think about. It should be a really inspiring day!

Exact details of the venue and programme will follow by the end of July, but for now please put the date in your calendars. We’re really looking forward to seeing you there!

In the interim if attendees have any questions or any thoughts on what you’d like to get out of the day then do email: dean.jefferys@scouts.org.uk. This will help ensure that we maximise this day to make it as impactful as possible.
