Hundreds of Beaver Scouts from across Cambridgeshire joined together for a day out at the Imperial War Museum in Duxford.
There was the opportunity to explore the hangers full of amazing aircraft, learn all about the science of flight, get competitive making paper planes, see aspects of military life – and all with their scouting friends. Even the grey skies and rain didn’t dampen spirits – in fact it created more fun jumping in the puddles!
Thank you to Di Philbey and Tori Smith for organising, and the numerous volunteer leaders for taking their Beaver Scouts along.
The only question now is where next…..
