Transformation Team Opportunities
Cambridgeshire Scouts recently announced David Briston as our County Transformation Lead – and we’re starting to build the transformation team!
As we drive forward our Skills for Life Strategy through to 2025, we’ll be embarking on a positive and engaging period of change. To do that, we’re looking to recruit a diverse team to support the Transformation Lead in delivering the forthcoming changes over the next three years.
Do you have an interest in delivering change, communications or sharing your Social media or digital or website skills with others? Just want to do something different to boost your CV or portfolio? If so, the transformation team could be the place for you. We’re seeking adult volunteers from all walks of life with a range of experience and age – you don’t even have to currently be involved in Scouting.
There are four roles we’re recruiting initially – with a brief role description included for each team member:
- Digital Champions (multiple roles)– Digital Champion Role Description
- Events co-ordinator – County Conference co-ordinator Role Description
- Change communications – Change communications Role Description
- Administrator – Administrator Role Description
Other opportunities will occur as the transformation team will adapt, change and grow over time.
