Unfortunately Copley campsite is flooded and the organisers are doing their best to locate an alternative site.

By Wednesday evening,  if the event has to be cancelled then we will update everyone as soon as we know more.

  • The event is only for Cubs aged 9 yrs and above at the date of the event.

  • Aerial runway
  • Task Master
  • Pioneering

  • Please do not book more places than you need – we will not be able to offer refunds unless the space you have booked can be given to another Cub.
  • Full payment is due within 3 working days of booking.
  • A booking will NOT be finalised until full payment has been made.
  • 150 Cub spaces available on each of the two days
