County Activity Competitions 2010
Saturday / Sunday, 8th / 9th May 2010
Following the success of the previous years, the Competition weekend is anticipated to be bigger and better than ever, so do not delay your booking.
Mepal Outdoor Centre (on the A141) Chatteris. Saturday 1300hrs until Sunday mid afternoon.
Open to Scouts and Explorers in Teams of 4. There will be individual competitions for each event, and there is a limit on the number of Teams allowed. (Bookings 1st come 1st served.) Enter up to 12 events.
As usual, Cyclo Cross, Canoe/Kayak Slalom, Canoe Polo, Water Races, Lifesaving Skills, Climbing, High Ropes skills, Assault Course, Dinghy Sailing, Archery, Air Rifle, Orienteering, Petanque, Volleyball, Team Building Brain Teasers, BLOOD & GORE 911, Sedan Chair Race, Push Kart Race, Raft Race, Campfire, BBQ, Wide Game.
Plus new this year: Cannon Run, Catapult Shooting and Croquet.
Entry fee is still just £22 per person and will cover up to a maximum of 12 events. Some limited camping will be available for those teams who wish to stay. Booking is on a first come first served basis as space is limited.
