OnTourProject Yo-Yo

Project Yo-Yo is an initiative Simon has launched to encourage more scouts, leaders and parents to share their own experience of modern-day scouting. Whether it is weekly troop meetings, group camps, district activity days or parents wanting to say how much their child gets out of scouting, Project Yo-Yo is 'your' outlet for sharing local scouting news and views.

Question of the Month

Every month, Simon will ask a different question about scouting and it's up to you to answer it as best you can. The best responses will appear online, and some will even feature on RadiYoYo.

January:
Scouting in 2008...What are you hoping to do this year?

February:
What is the most exciting thing you've done in Scouting so far?

Frequently Asked Questions

What information does Project Yo-Yo collect?
Project Yo-Yo is only interested in one thing...your views on local scouting (so we can make it even better!) The online forms only require your Name, Scout Group, status and the message/feedback you would like to leave...nothing more! No email address, no contact number, just feedback.

What will happen with the information?
Comments and feedback will be reviewed and, if acceptable, will be published on the Cambridgeshire Scouting website as blogs. However all feedback, regardless of content, will be made available to Leaders and Commissioners in statistical form near the end of the year. Some feedback will also feature on RadiYoYo, the OnTour monthly audio roundup.

What if I would like to discuss my feedback or comments?
If you would like to discuss your comments further, please email them directly to: yoyo@18th-cambridge.org.uk instead of filling out the online forms. Please leave your name, scout group, status, comment and contact telephone number or email address.
