Ely District covers the City of Ely, with its magnificent Cathedral, and surrounding Fenland towns and villages. With the recent addition of 3rd Ely, the district now has 8 different Scout groups, 2 Explorer Scout Units and is home of the Chipmunks Network Scout Unit which operates between Ely and our neighbouring district of Newmarket.
About 500 youth members meet weekly in Ely district. They take part in a wide range of activities supported by an enthusiastic team of leaders and supporters who work together to ensure Scouting is both challenging and fun for the young people and adults alike.
