The gang at Yr Hafod
(Who's that asleep in the corner?)
THE TRYFAN ROUTE

Scouts navigate through the early slopes

"Are you sure this is the way?"

"it's up here"

Climbing cautiously onto 'The Canon'

Age and experience leads the way

And now they all want a go!

Crossing a suspended boulder

And a scramble to the top

It looks a long way down

But we're almost there

And it's well worth it just for the views

I can see Yr Hafod from here

And there are a couple of monoliths to play on at the summit

'Adam and Eve' or is it 'Eve and Adam'?

And a geography lesson on the way back down "...fine example of a U-shaped valley..."
ON THE GLYDERAU

A different view of 'The Cantilever Stone'
THE VETERANS TAKE ON SNOWDON

It's nice in the valley, but not so good 'up-top'

Up, into the clouds

Just getting our breath back while there is a view

And back into the mist
